Cord structure band
Polyester cord structure bands like the ones offered by Grönheit & Weigel have been successfully applied for decades for forming loading units in many scopes. Our polyester strapping is outstanding due to its low elongation and high strength. Due to its elongation and resilience capacity dynamic transport loads are absorbed. The material absorbs very little moisture, is weather resistant and protects sensitive surfaces against damages. Furthermore it can be retensioned in case of volume loss in packaged goods and has a high breaking load, linear and within a system.
We provide our polyester strapping with a width of 13 mm and a linear traction force of 375 daN up to a width of 35 mm and a linear traction force of 1.350 daN. In addition heavy-load strapping bands are available with a width of 19 mm an a linear traction force of 925 daN up to 38 mm and a linear traction force of 2.000 daN.
Galvanized metal clamps for hot melt HM strapping
The terminals are made of steel. The galvanized surface protects against corrosion. You get the buckles in widths from 13 to 40 millimeters and a diameter of 3.2 to 7 mm.
Tensioners and dispenser
Strapping tools of Grönheit & Weigel you get for hot melt HM bands up to a width of 40 mm. The cost fixture H/T 22 is designed for tapes up to a width of 19 mm. The unit S25 T is suitable for belts up to a width of 25 mm. The strapping tools S40 T and S40 S stretch hot melt HM bands up to a width of 25 millimeters. The portable dispenser AT76 N1 and AT76 N1 SD are suitable for hot melt HM strapping. The mobile dispenser AF76 N1 SD is suitable too for hot melt HM bands with a core of 76 mm.

Securing loading units
